Our Engineering Division is a recognised leader in South Kerala, delivering specialised solutions in construction, structural rehabilitation, epoxy flooring, grouting, and waterproofing, with projects successfully executed across the state.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee and coordinate site activities for our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil works supervision, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage on-site execution while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and documentation.
• Assist in material planning and resource management at the site.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and management.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in site supervision (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
