HVAC Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance projects.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate execution.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as per project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with all mechanical, safety, and building codes.
• Track project performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and project closure activities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the site team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and installation practices.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards and local building regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
