Site Surveyor:

A Site Surveyor role includes conducting detailed land surveys, measuring site conditions, and preparing reports, maps, and plans using tools like GPS, total stations, and CAD software. Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and verifying project plans against physical site conditions. Qualifications typically require a degree in surveying or a related field, experience, and strong analytical skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site surveys and take accurate measurements of land and features.
• Prepare reports, maps, sketches, and detailed plans based on survey data.
• Verify existing site conditions and ensure they align with project plans.
• Use surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels to establish reference points.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers on project design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Analyze survey data to provide recommendations and technical advice.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment. 

Qualifications and skills:

• Education:  Bachelor's degree/diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (specific years may vary).
• Certifications:  Professional certification as a surveyor may be preferred or required.
• Technical Skills:  Proficiency with surveying software (like AutoCAD) and equipment (like GPS and total stations).
• Skills:  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
