Site Traffic Management Supervisor

WE ARE HIRING – STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our team and ensure safe and efficient traffic control across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and supervise approved Traffic Diversion Plans (TDP/TMP) in line with Ashghal (PWA) WZTM guidelines
• Ensure all works are carried out under valid permits (ROP/NOC) and meet project requirements
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices (signs, cones, barriers, TMA, arrow boards)
• Monitor site conditions to maintain safe traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supervise traffic marshals and operatives, ensuring proper deployment and performance
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, Ashghal inspectors, and MOI traffic police
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to HSE regulations (QCS standards)
• Respond quickly to incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain records of permits, inspections, and daily reports
• Ensure all traffic equipment is in good working condition

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in traffic management supervision (preferably in Qatar)
• Strong knowledge of Ashghal WZTM guidelines
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
