Commercial Wall Systems, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Drywall Taper to join our growing team in Kent, WA. We take pride in delivering high-quality commercial finishes, and we need a professional who shares our commitment to "flawless" results.

What You’ll Do

• The Basics: Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints and fasteners to a seamless finish.
• The Details: Install corner beads, pre-fill gaps, and perform expert repairs on existing surfaces.
• The Finish: Achieve Level 4 and Level 5 finishes ready for high-end paint or texture.

· The Schedule: Jobsite locations may vary. Work primarily day shifts with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1–3 years of professional taping/finishing experience.

· Legal Authorization: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide valid documentation for I-9 employment eligibility verification (authorized to work in the U.S.).

· Tools: Must have your own personal hand tools (mud pan, taping knives, etc.) in good working condition.

· Technology: Must own a working cellular phone for daily digital time-tracking and communication.

• Skills: Proficiency with hand tools (knives, pans) and mechanical tools (bazookas, flat boxes) is a plus.
• Reliability: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Stamina: Ability to work on ladders/stilts/scaffolding and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Eye for Quality: You don't consider the job "done" until the wall is perfectly smooth.

· Safety Certifications: Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Card and/or Possession of a First Aid / CPR card is plus.
