Job Purpose

Emirates Skywards seeks to be an inspiring and engaging global loyalty programme for Emirates and FlyDubai. There are a number of key roles within our Skywards Group that are essential to the success of this this programme. From product design, e-commerce and analytics, through to business development, strategic partnerships and member engagement our Skywards team is filled with exciting opportunities!


The Skywards Infinity Platform Manager will manage, and implement the Skywards Everyday digital platform that will connect local members in strategic markets to local lifestyle partners, across number of verticals. The app will provide members with an opportunity to earn and burn everyday in a seamless way and will provide the partners with an effective channel to engage with members. Support the Skywards Everyday digital roadmap. Manage the backlog of features to support and deliver against this roadmap including the prioritisation and delivery of work across internal and external development teams. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty features seamlessly into the platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement the Skywards Everyday digital platform, in close collaboration with the Partnerships and Product teams, to provide a mobile channel for members to engage with retail, F&B, travel & lifestyle outlets to earn and burn miles on everyday transactions and other loyalty related features. Ensure that the platform meets the requirements of the business development and partnerships strategy.
  • Scale the platform to cater to multiple strategic markets (e.g., UAE, India, KSA) while maintaining localised content relevant to each market. Implement a B2B Skywards Everyday platform that will enable an effortless process to contract, on board and transact with local partners as well as providing them with a channel to promote their services to Skywards members.
  • Continuously enhance the platform, in collaboration with Brand & Marketing (UX) internal IT, and an ecosystem of technology and business partners to ensure a seamless experience for members and to establish the platform as an effective channel of communication.
  • In collaboration with the cross functional teams, manage the overall digital product backlog, including the development of the quarterly delivery plans.
  • Leverage and monetise the transaction data over the platform, provide insights to partners and drive further personalisation to members.
  • Provide the business requirements and manage the contractual agreements with the technology and business partners, in coordination with other Emirates Group stakeholders (e.g., EK IT, Group Legal)
  • Manage all the aspects pertaining to the operational use of the platform by (B2B) partners and by (B2C) members.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team on their business development plans to ensure the platform is future proof and supporting the growth objectives
Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or Honours with 8 plus years of experience in Commercial/Sales

Knowledge/skills:

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, retail tech, loyalty tech, payment platforms (including digital wallet, Digital-fintech, contactless payment), user experience design principles and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrable Product Owner skills
  • Broad knowledge of airline & retail marketing, and customer loyalty programmes.
