Slalom Flex (Project Based) Jira Administrator

Location: Remote, PST hours

Who You’ll Work With

The Transformation - Modern Product team provides leadership in enabling Agile teams and their tooling to be aligned for peak efficiency

What You’ll Do

• Configure a Jira Cloud target instance for a new standard to enable consistency across all teams and establish a migration plan to consolidate from multiple sources into the target Jira instance.
• Key activities include:
  • Review the current state system configurations
  • Interview key stakeholders for challenges and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with change management to document and present emerging themes
  • Document and present the future state configuration and migration plan in collaboration with Slalom leadership
  • Migrate identified pilot teams
  • Establish and present a plan for remaining migration activity in collaboration with Slalom leadership and change manager

What You’ll Bring

• MUST have experience working with Jira administration
• MUST have good interpersonal skills working with both business and technical leaders
• PREFERRED experience working with Jira APIs
• PREFERRED experience with other ALM tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $50/hr to $60/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
