Education: MSc / PhD in Nutrition & Dietetics (or equivalent)
Role Overview
The Slimming Head leads the Slimming Department, ensuring technical excellence, sales growth, client satisfaction, and operational compliance. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and driving superior client outcomes while protecting the value of the VLCC brand.
Skills
Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve slimming services & product sales targets.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Conduct client assessments (diet, medical, fitness) & design programs.
Ensure DNA Slim & SOP-based therapies are implemented on time.
Monitor progress, review results, and resolve client concerns.
Maintain high client regularity & package execution.
Oversee equipment, hygiene, consumables, and stock as per SOP.
Ensure accurate record-keeping in systems and registers.
Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, and physiotherapists for holistic care.
Lead, train, and motivate slimming staff.
Manage rosters, attendance, and staff productivity.
Conduct team meetings, resolve grievances, and ensure discipline.
Plan in-clinic wellness events, group counselling, and motivational activities.
Share success stories, performance reports, and client outcomes with corporate/area heads.
Strong knowledge of slimming, dietetics, and wellness therapies.
Ability to counsel clients and drive compliance.
Leadership and team management skills.
Sales orientation with client-centric approach.
