Small Commercial Estimator

Hadco Construction is hiring an earthwork/utilities estimator with heavy civil experience to support our growing Small Commercial Division. This role combines estimating with light project management, offering variety and direct involvement in projects from bid to completion. An opportunity like this does not come very often. Our Small Commercial Division is rapidly expanding, and after just 1 year of existence, our team has grown from less than 10 people to 20+. We target small to midsize commercial developments, subdivisions and emphasize long-term relationship building with our clients.

What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate takeoffs, bids, and cost estimates for small commercial and civil projects
Coordinate subcontractor/vendor pricing and proposals
Assist with project budgets, schedules, and client communication

What You'll Bring:

3–5 years of heavy civil estimating experience
Proficiency in AGTEK
Proficiency in Bid2Win, HeavyBid, or similar estimating software
Experience in ComputerEase or other accounting software
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and processes
