Small Dog Caregiver / House assistant

If you love dogs, enjoy caring for animals, and don’t mind light household chores, this could be a wonderful fit. We are looking for a mature, dependable, and independent person to help care for our home and our small dogs (and their adorable visiting guests!).

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and truly loves spending time with animals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your mornings and evenings will include a mix of pet care and light household tasks:

Pet Care

• Feeding our small dogs and their furry guests
• Brushing dogs daily and wiping eyes when needed
• Bathing dogs before they go home and brushing them out
• Administering medications when required
• Feeding outdoor cats
• Feeding chickens and collecting eggs each morning
• Taking fun photos and short videos of guest pups (simple phone editing app)

Home & Property Care

• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Using an easy electric blower to clear leaves from the dog yard
• Watering indoor and outdoor plants
• Laundry, dishes, garbage, and recycling

We’re looking for help during these times:

• Mornings: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday — 6:00 AM to 8/9 AM
• Evenings: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday — 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (occasionally a bit later if we’re out)

We can be flexible and work around schedules since you’ll be part of a small team.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
