Job Summary

Wad Al-Mimaryoon Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Building Systems Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring the integration and reliability of our building infrastructure, covering network systems, audio solutions, and CCTV security.

Success in this role means delivering robust, efficient, and secure building systems that enhance the overall performance of our projects and contribute to our commitment to excellence in construction and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) for building systems.

Manage audio systems for conference halls and meeting rooms, ensuring high-quality performance.

Oversee CCTV surveillance systems, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth system integration across multiple platforms.

Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.

Provide documentation, reports, and technical support as required.

Contribute to the development of smart building initiatives (BMS) where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in building systems engineering or related fields.

Strong technical knowledge in:

Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN).

Audio-visual systems.

CCTV systems.

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work both independently and within a team.
