  • Supervise and review the analysis of SME credit applications, ensuring accurate evaluation of borrowers’ financial performance, repayment capacity, and business stability.

  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive credit memos, verifying the quality and completeness of financial, business, and risk assessments.

  • Review and validate financial statement spreads (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow) to ensure accuracy and consistency in ratio and trend analysis.

  • Ensure all required documentation is thoroughly reviewed and complete before submission to the Risk Department for approval.

  • Guide and support Relationship Managers and credit analysts in collecting missing information and finalizing cases efficiently.

  • Review and approve client background checks, I-Score reports, and bank statements to confirm data accuracy and alignment with credit policies.

  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to the credit team to enhance analytical standards and improve the quality of submitted cases.






Requirements

· Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in credit risk, ideally in SME banking.

· Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in Excel and risk modeling tools.
