Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager – SME Lending to design, launch, and optimize lending products that meet the diverse needs of SMEs. This role will focus on short-term/POS lending, revolving lines, working capital, trade finance, and asset-based finance , collaborating across risk, finance, operations, and tech to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to define the product roadmap
• Design product structures including Pricing, Tenor, Eligibility criteria and Risk parameters.
• Launch and continuously refine SME lending offerings such as POS lending, Working capital loans, Revolving credit, Trade finance and Asset-based finance.
• Collaborate with tech teams to ensure seamless customer journeys across Digital onboarding, disbursement, servicing
• Monitor product performance across approval rates, default ratios, margin per product
• Feed market and performance insights back into pricing, underwriting models and sales enablement strategies

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SME lending product management
• Exposure to a range of SME credit products (e.g., term loans, trade finance, receivables finance)
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across risk, operations, tech, and sales
• Proven ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable lending solutions
