Role Summary

We are seeking an SME Lending Specialist to convert qualified SME leads into disbursed loans by applying deep product expertise across working capital, short-term loans, asset finance, and revolving credit . The role will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient loan structuring and successful deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lending product SME supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Business Development (BD) teams in sales closure
• Align client requirements with productized loan services, including: Tenor, Repayment structure, Collateral requirements and Interest terms
• Collaborate with compliance, underwriting, risk, and legal teams to pre-qualify opportunities
• Drive conversion rates from leads approved through to disbursed loans
• Provide structured feedback to the product team on customer needs and market gaps

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SME/commercial lending sales
• Deep knowledge of working capital, asset-based finance, and revolving credit
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
