About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Credit Cards & Personal Loans business in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage a high-performing team, ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, and deliver on ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Team Leaders & Sales Officers.
• Drive sales for Credit Cards & Personal Loans through direct and indirect channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE Central Bank & internal company policies.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the team.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Retail Banking sales (Credit Cards/Personal Loans) in the UAE.
• Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank guidelines on retail banking products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
