Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Consultant or Deputy Manager (depending on experience) specializing in Microsoft EMS & M365 Security. The role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining EMS and M365 security infrastructure, conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for improvement. The role will also involve collaborating with different teams to ensure security compliance, performing security audits, developing security policies and procedures, and staying up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies.

Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience

Technology Solution Skills

• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft EMS and M365 security.
• Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Windows Hello, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Hybrid Identity, Entra ID Connect. Experience in Entra Identity SSO integration with Apps and HRMS solutions will be a Big Plus.
• Intune: Windows, macOS, iOS/Android MDM & MAM, Compliance Policies, App deployment and Updates, Autopilot, BitLocker. Experience in SCCM and co-management with Intune will be a Plus
• Purview: Data classification & Labelling, Rights Management
• Deployment and Administration experience in the above areas.

Additional skillset - Any of the below will be a Plus

• Office 365 administration: General understanding and work experience in O365 administration in areas of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Licensing & User Provisioning.
• Active Directory: General understanding of Active Directory administration, FSMO Roles, Group Policy

General Skills

• Skills in conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing security recommendations
• Expertise in security compliance, security audits, and developing security policies and procedures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Microsoft Certifications: One or more of MS Certifications: SC100, SC300, SC401, AZ500 and SC200

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
