Position SME Mobile Access Operations

Serve as a subject matter expert by evaluating 5G private network proposals, assessing vendors and solutions, participating in network design and stakeholder coordination, negotiating technical and commercial terms, validating solutions through PoCs, defining operational processes, reviewing software updates, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with e& standards while staying updated on latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposals of 5G private network and recommend feasible options. Assess proposed network size and estimate human resources for each project.
• Perform Vendor’s due diligence to review support capabilities and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Assess vendors’ solutions against defined requirements, including compatibility, scalability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in network design discussions, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with e& policies, processes, and security measures.
• Discuss and negotiate terms and conditions, service level agreements (SLAs), OLAs, warranties, and support commitments. Create awareness among MNP and other concerned teams.
• Conduct Proof Of Concept (PoCs) or pilot trials to validate the proposed solution’s effectiveness in real-world scenarios
• Define processes and align resources for operational activities such as integration, expansion, reconfiguration, recovery, license activation, database changes of various RAN nodes with focus on 5G private network.
• Evaluate new software releases/patches received from suppliers/contractors and review results for necessarily rollout plan.
• Raise technical snags. Evaluate manufacturer's and contractor's solutions on snags.
• Generate, review, analyze management reports. Maintain records of documentation.
• Keeps abreast of new technologies, systems and developments in the RAN & Core of Mobile network.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom / ICT Prefered Master Degree in Telecom / ICT

Master Degree, Bachelors Degree in Communication, Computer or Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Experience: 10 years of experience in Telecom Operator/Vendor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
