SME-Sales Executive

The role requires being on the road working with clients 80%, to identify and understand clients' needs and provides solutions. The person on the role is to approve all major proposals, and are often present at proposal meetings, also serve as the escalation point for client issues that cannot be resolved in the field. He is also responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market and support sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum revenue and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the SME customer base and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for the sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

· Track a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Setting sales targets against sales forecast and Monitoring team’s volume & revenues against forecast.

· Build a strong relationship with the top 50 accounts & ensure with team to deliver the VIP treatment and the best customer experience for these accounts. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area through joint visits to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, wherever required.

  • Identify problems and provide solutions to guide the sales staff for the best way in handling accounts. Assists in the development and implementation of sales management/marketing plans as needed based on the market situation
  • Set a clear plan for high achievers and star performance employees to build a healthy competing atmosphere that helps in accelerating reaching quota & strategy. Track daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all sales to build more effective communications to understand training and development needs also to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
  • Focus on tracking the customer’s experience and be sure that they are up to date with all new offers on time.
  • Resolve customer complaints through sales staff by investigating problems, developing solutions, tracking reports, making recommendations to assistant sales managers.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events as required.
  • Performs related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

· B2B Sales/ Account Management experience for at least 3 years, preferably in Telecom industry.

· Experience in the GCC Market ideally

· Fluent English is essential, Fluent in Arabic is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
