SMM Specialist (Real Estate) - Ukrainian/Russian

We are looking for an ambitious creative and data-driven SMM Specialist with proven real estate experience to lead our social media presence, create engaging content, and support our marketing and sales efforts.

Work Experience:
2+ years in SMM, including experience in real estate

Languages:
Ukrainian/Russian — fluent;
English — Upper-Intermediate.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of SMM experience, real estate background is a must;
• Content creation and adaptation skills for Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube;
• Strong copywriting and basic design skills (independently or with a designer);
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and promotion tools;
• Familiarity with lead funnels and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media:

• Build and execute content plans across platforms;
• Manage posts, stories, reels/shorts, and community interactions;
• Collaborate on visuals and messaging.

Advertising & Promotion:

• Launch and manage targeted campaigns (Meta, Telegram, YouTube, Tik-Tok);
• Analyze performance, test new ideas, and handle retargeting.

Analytics & Strategy:

• Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions);
• Provide weekly reports and strategy insights.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and sales;
• Gather feedback and adapt content;
• Coordinate with creative and ad teams.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency with Canva or Figma
• Experience in personal or corporate brand building
