As a Team Member, you'll prioritize hospitality by delivering excellent guest service, correctly and efficiently assist guests with their orders, prepare products, contribute on a hard-working team by executing key processes, and help create a positive experience for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hospitality

• Contributes to a culture of hospitality by building genuine connections with both guests and teammates every shift
• Greets, engages, and connects with guests to create a positive and memorable experience
• Actively learns the menu and ingredients to confidently recommend the right items and E&E options to meet each guest’s needs
• Demonstrates a true “guest comes first” mindset when engaging with guests, answering questions, and adhering to product standards

Contributes to Results

• Consistently follows key processes and operational standards to deliver brand excellence on every shift
• Takes ownership of doing things the right way and holds themselves accountable for great performance
• Follows direction from shift leaders and asks questions to ensure tasks and processes are completed correctly
• Supports cost control by helping manage product usage and staying focused and productive to optimize labor
• Contributes to a winning team culture by modeling an “I’m the hardest worker in the room” attitude

• Is excited to learn, grow, and develop new skills
