Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track training plans for impacted personnel and receiving teams, ensuring timely execution and documentation of all required learning activities.
  • Manage the creation, tracking, and reporting of buffer stock in alignment with the buffer stock plan, including coordination with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and validating data required for Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, including demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
  • Partner with supply chain planners and SIOP leads to align transition timelines with supply chain strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute the classification and export of documentation as required to receiving team.
  • Maintain detailed trackers and dashboards for training completion, buffer stock status, and document readiness; provide regular status updates to the Site SMP Transition Lead.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure all required process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are prepared, reviewed, and transitioned.
  • Identify and escalate risks or delays related to training and inventory execution to enable timely resolution and maintain program continuity.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for transition-related meetings, reviews, and audits.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with documentation standards throughout all activities.
  • Participate in site readiness assessments and reviews as needed.

What You Will Learn:

  • Customer driven strategic projects that will require agile solutions.
  • Effective execution of a contractual separation agreement between two large aerospace companies.
  • Creative pivotal resolutions for complex customer and supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment; experience with SIOP, transition planning, or divestitures is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and basic supply chain principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools; Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
