Overview

We are seeking an experienced Petroleum Engineer with a focus on Flow Assurance to join our SMP Projects team.

Responsibilities

• 10 years of experience in petroleum engineering organization with a minimum of 5 years in flow assurance discipline.
• Extensive knowledge in multiphase flow modeling using OLGA for transient flow and Pipesim for steady state flow, and other similar software.
• Extensive experience in fluid characterization using PVTsim, MULTIFLASH and other similar software.
• Involvement in hydraulic simulation based concept-to execution studies.
• Production Engineering and Technologies responsibilities as needed.
• Flow assurance (surface, subsurface and process) duties.
• Facility design tasks.

Qualifications

• Preferred major study in the bachelor degree: Bachelor degree in relevant engineering discipline (chemical/petroleum/mechanical) from an internationally recognized and approved program.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal.
• Willingness to work with state of the art multiphase simulators.
• Willingness to work around the clock to address operational related situations requiring swift decision making.
