SMP - Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update the master training calendar in coordination with instructors and departments.
  • Handle logistics and resource planning for training sessions, including rooms, equipment, and transportation (where applicable).
  • Communicate schedules, invitations, and changes effectively to participants, trainers, and vendors.
  • Support training registration, attendance tracking, and completion records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist in reporting training KPIs such as attendance, completion rates, and feedback scores.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all training events meet quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support for certificates, evaluations, and follow-up reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or Diploma if candidates is strong
  • Strong background in logistics, scheduling, and coordination (experience with Aramco, hospital, and corporate environments).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook scheduling, and documentation systems.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Prior experience in training coordination or project supervision is a plus
