Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update the master training calendar in coordination with instructors and departments.
- Handle logistics and resource planning for training sessions, including rooms, equipment, and transportation (where applicable).
- Communicate schedules, invitations, and changes effectively to participants, trainers, and vendors.
- Support training registration, attendance tracking, and completion records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in reporting training KPIs such as attendance, completion rates, and feedback scores.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all training events meet quality standards.
- Provide administrative support for certificates, evaluations, and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or Diploma if candidates is strong
- Strong background in logistics, scheduling, and coordination (experience with Aramco, hospital, and corporate environments).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook scheduling, and documentation systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Prior experience in training coordination or project supervision is a plus
