SMT Process Engineer

Roles:

• Develop and optimize SMT assembly processes
• Program and troubleshoot SMT machines (screen printers, pick & place, reflow ovens, AOI).
• Analyze defects (tombstoning, solder bridging, insufficient solder, voids).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Performing visual inspections conducting other quality checks to ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
• Identifying and resolving minor technical problems with the SMT equipment and processes.
• Collaborating with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SMT Process, electronic components, and the SMT process.
• 1 to 3 year of experience in SMT. (No other experiences).
• Knowledge on SMT Quality errors, feeder loading and kit verification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
