Position Name: Senior Network Administrator / Executive

Job Purpose:

Responsible for high-level support and maintenance of network and application systems. Includes troubleshooting, performance optimization, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure
• Cisco and firewall implementation
• Capacity planning and tech upgrades
• Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, cloud connectivity
• Monitor performance and security via NMS/SIEM
• Troubleshoot complex issues
• Manage SOC and incident response
• Threat detection and response
• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Access control and authentication policies
• Implement security tech (SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, EDR, IAM)
• Stay updated on cyber threats
• Improve security architecture
• People Management
• Administer team discipline, attendance, dress code
• Monitor performance and accountability
• Training and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Promote team motivation and engagement
• Provide technical coaching
• Strategic Responsibilities
• Support decision-making with relevant data and inputs

Requirements: (Knowledge & Skills)

• Education: 16 Years in Computer Science
• Language: Proficient in English
• Experience: Preferably 5 years, relevant field
• Competency: Network Monitoring & Application Performance Analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
