Network Systems Administrator

Technical Certification Required:

• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Cisco, and HP/Dell network hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues promptly.
• Experience with network security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.

Experience Required:

Active Directory, Firewalls, Manageable Switches, Network, System admin, System Support, Virtualization, Backup & Recovery, CCTV / NVR, NAS, Domain / Hosting, SIP Phones and Biomatrices devices.

Job Description

1. Provide second level technical support to users concerning network system operations.

2. Diagnose problems with network equipment and performs equipment repair or upgrades when appropriate.

3. Develop functional data recovery systems and techniques.

4. Schedule and monitor backup of network data. Periodically restore files, applications, and the entire system on other network hardware to test backup facilities.

5. Install, configure, and maintain IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Antimalware, etc. for maximum internal network protection.

6. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

7. Install, configure, and maintain network cabling and other networking equipment such as hubs, switches, and UPS.

8. Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards regarding LAN, WAN, security, and the use of the organization's computer and information assets in conjunction with InfoSec.

9. ensure the efficient operation of network servers and network operating systems.

10. Experience with Cisco VoIP phone systems, NAS, VPN, CCTV.

Basic knowledge of Linux systems and various open-source solutions.

11. Experience with running CAT 5/6 and fiber cabling and installing new network drops when needed

12. Knowledge about point 2-point connectivity and issues.

13. Knowledge about the telecommuting services .
