Key Responsibilities
1. Systems Maintenance & Technical Support
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct system updates and security patches regularly to ensure stability and protection.
2. Network Administration
- Implement and maintain secure network configurations, including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, addressing latency and connectivity issues proactively.
3. Visual Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Design internal and external visual content (posters, infographics, social media graphics) using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Assist the marketing team with branding tasks to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
4. User & Device Support
- Provide end-user support for computers, printers, and mobile device setup and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees with IT assets and access.
5. Data Management & Security
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in compliance with security standards.
- Monitor data security practices to safeguard sensitive information.
6. IT Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement.
- Liaise with vendors for hardware, software, and service requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT system administration or technical support.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
