As part of our expansion, we are hiring an IT & Network Support Executive to support our internal systems and client operations.

Job Role: IT & Network Support Executive

We are seeking a technically skilled and self-motivated IT & Network Support Executive to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot internal systems and support remote client IT needs. The role requires both technical expertise and independent problem-solving skills, with on-site commitment to our Bahria Town Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT and networking issues
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system faults
• Manage network and server maintenance, monitoring, and updates
• Coordinate the implementation of IT support operations
• Handle IT procurement (hardware, software, and services) aligned with business needs
• Maintain and update asset databases and documentation
• Analyze and improve workflow processes, equipment layout, and space usage
• Create technical documentation for internal systems and user support
• Troubleshoot Office UPS issues and coordinate with IT vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or similar roles

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networking
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Experience with server and network configuration & maintenance
• Solid understanding of internet security and data privacy principles
• Proficient in creating and managing technical documentation
• Strong coordination skills for working with external vendors
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
