We are hiring a Lead Digital Product Manager to join a landmark digital transformation programme within one of the most prominent semi-government real estate groups in Saudi Arabia.

With revenues exceeding 1 billion SAR annually, this is a high-impact opportunity to help shape digital experiences that serve both citizens and businesses on a national scale.

You will be embedded on-site in Riyadh, working closely with the client, while officially employed by a highly regarded strategy consultancy.

You will lead the development and optimisation of several digital products, overseeing everything from early concept through to delivery and performance. This is an end-to-end product leadership role with a strong strategic focus.

You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to define vision and roadmap, and lead Agile product squads to bring digital experiences to life. Alongside delivery, you'll introduce modern product frameworks, drive innovation, and mentor junior talent within the team.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience, with a background that includes consulting and hands-on digital product leadership
• Track record of launching and improving digital or enterprise platforms
• Deep understanding of Agile, design thinking and digital product methodologies
• Experience working within or alongside top-tier strategy consultancies
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
