Snr. Service Engineer

Job Description:


  • Plan and organize work schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as any inspections related to equipment safety and quality at the site. Supervise, monitor, and coordinate continuously with technicians.
  • Achieving the required rate of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance in terms of (planned vs. executed maintenance), meeting client technical quality standards, efficiency, and profitability.

  • Monitor readiness calls, response times, spare parts requests, and analyze causes of recurring breakdowns and other reported issues.

  • Conduct regular inspections of unit maintenance quality to evaluate technician performance, ensure service quality for clients, comply with applicable regulations, identify and propose repair and/or modernization opportunities, and monitor customer satisfaction

  • Guide and instruct technicians on internal company procedures and compliance with local and global company regulations.

  • Support technicians in finding solutions for technical problems when needed.

  • Ensure proper organization of the site store according to company procedures and standards.

  • Maintain safety conditions for technicians and prepare the site according to company safety requirements.

  • Regularly monitor the site and take necessary actions by reporting to the client and/or direct manager.

  • Responsible for personal safety, the safety of site employees, and the general public.

  • Accountable for the quality of the service provided.

  • Train technicians on-site when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience:

  • Education: Industrial Diploma / Technical degree.

  • Experience: More than 5 years in a similar role.

  • Knowledge/skills:

  • Actively support the company’s mission and objectives.
  • Ability to manage change effectively.
