Wishes and Blessings, a Noida based NGO is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social and Digital Media Specialist to manage our online presence, drive engagement, and run paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement social and digital media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with Communications, Fundraising, and Programme teams for integrated campaigns.
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging multimedia content—graphics, videos, reels, stories, infographics, and posts.
- Write compelling copy for campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
- Manage and update website content, blogs, and newsletters as needed.
Paid Media & Advertising
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive traffic, donations, and awareness.
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Reels) targeting donor engagement and campaign goals.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and mentions across all platforms.
- Build online communities and engagement with followers, influencers, and partner organizations.
- Run campaigns to increase reach, followers, and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance of organic and paid campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and ROI.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and platforms to maximize engagement and visibility.
Campaigns & Collaborations
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for fundraising, awareness, and events.
- Explore influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, and partnerships to amplify reach.
- Support live coverage of events and programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in digital media, social media management, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), or content creation (NGO experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of paid campaign strategy, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools).
- Personal Attributes:

- Passion for social causes and empathy-driven communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Salary 25-40K depending upon experience and knowledge.
