Role Overview

As a Social Content Lead at Tribe X Digital, you play a key role in owning the always-on social delivery end-to-end. You translate strategy into monthly content calendars, brief creators, protect brand integrity across channels, and optimize performance ensuring the brand shows up consistently, culturally relevant, and aligned to client objectives.


What You’ll Do

  • Own monthly content calendars and always-on organic planning aligned to KPIs, brand strategy business and channel priorities.
  • Brief creators (internal and/or freelance) with clear direction to deliver on-brand, on-platform content.
  • Lead day-to-day social execution across channels, ensuring brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Manage community operations and social listening, including escalation protocols and response quality.
  • Spot trends and translate them into usable content recommendations that fit the brand (not just “trend chasing”).
  • Partner with Accounts/Client Partners, Paid, and PR to align always-on content with broader priorities and moments.
  • Track performance and report insights with clear actions: what to repeat, improve, stop, and test next month.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media or content roles, with proven ability to run always-on social calendars and deliver consistent output across platforms.
  • Strong platform native judgment (format choice, cadence, hooks, timing, community dynamics).
  • Experience briefing creators and managing feedback/approvals without losing quality or speed.
  • Confidence with performance reporting and turning data into practical recommendations.
  • Strong brand stewardship: voice, look/feel, and risk awareness.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience coordinating with paid social teams (creative testing, asset mapping, learning loops).
  • Light creative production ability (copy polish, basic design/video feedback, on-platform optimization).
  • Experience building processes/templates (brief formats, calendar structures, reporting narratives).
  • Experience in fast-paced agency environments with multiple stakeholders.
