As a social digital strategist on the Social Media Digital team, you’ll be responsible for project managing the creation of social content and digital marketing experiences. In this role, you’ll focus on proactive social media content planning and development that aligns with our strategic framework and goals. You’ll grow and engage the business’s social media followers across all platforms and serve as an expert in one or more areas of social media and digital marketing.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of nine years' with paid digital and social marketing to include marketing strategy
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, and a minimum of six years' experience with paid digital and social marketing, to include marketing strategy

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated experience in social media and digital brand management and campaign development for paid and organic advertising
• Demonstrated ability to project manage the social media and digital creative development processes
• Proven expertise with digital and social media measurement tools and platforms
• Experience in developing and executing landing page strategy
• Agency and/or major brand experience

Compensation

• $72,100- $96,100/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
