Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our NGO’s digital presence. You will plan and manage content, run campaigns, and engage audiences to amplify our mission and connect with donors, partners, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow reach and engagement.
• Create and manage content calendars and campaigns across all major platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce impactful visuals and videos.
• Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize performance.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Strong writing skills; basic design or video editing is a plus.
