Social media account manager

Doha, Qatar

1- Account Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients regarding all social media activities.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and requirements.

2- Content Planning & Execution:

- Develop, implement, and manage monthly content calendars in line with client strategies and brand identity.

- Coordinate with the creative team (designers, photographers, videographers) to produce engaging and high-quality content.

- Write clear and compelling captions and ensure timely posting on all platforms.

3- Community Management:

- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Engage with followers to foster positive interactions and grow communities.

4-Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and activities using analytics tools.

- Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key results and recommendations for improvement.

5-Campaign Coordination:

- Coordinate paid social media campaigns with the media buying team when needed.

6-Trend Monitoring:

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.

- Provide proactive suggestions to clients for new ideas and opportunities.

7-Team Collaboration:

- Support colleagues on projects when required to meet client deadlines.
