Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging content tailored to different audiences, utilizing skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening and web analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to analyze performance data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall branding and digital marketing initiatives.
• Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry to enhance public relations efforts.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
• Experience with photography and video editing is a plus.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for measuring campaign success.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok shop is a plus.
