Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media and Paid Advertising Specialist to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing our online presence, and running paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve results
- Track and report marketing metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and MQL volume
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product updates, and campaign launches
- Stay up to date with social media algorithms, advertising policies, and digital marketing trends
- Ensure all marketing content reflects the company’s brand voice and meets healthcare industry standards
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and target audiences to improve campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising
- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging social media content
- Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Comfortable working with marketing creatives and visual assets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, B2B SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of retargeting strategies and conversion tracking setup
