We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of how to leverage various platforms to enhance engagement. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals, while also fostering relationships with our audience through engaging content and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram.
• Create compelling content tailored for each platform that resonates with our target audience.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms and othere sources to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and generate recommendations for improving the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Assist with duties of establishing art ferstivals throughout the Country.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field..
• Strong advertising skills, particularly in creating targeted ad campaigns on social platforms and other sources.
• Education or experience in digital ad creation.
