We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Content Manager who can take charge of our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital storytelling, a passion for crafting human-written content, and proven experience in building engagement through social media strategy, campaigns, and brand-aligned communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to refine campaigns.
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write clear, authentic, and engaging content for posts, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
- Ensure all content is human-written, brand-aligned, and free of AI-style tone or errors.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create cohesive visual-text combinations.
- Campaign Development
- Conceptualize and manage online campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations to drive reach and conversions.
- Coordinate paid promotions and ad content in alignment with marketing goals.
- Community Engagement
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a professional brand voice.
- Build relationships with influencers, industry partners, and key community members.
- SEO & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on social trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
- Optimize written content for SEO and discoverability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience managing social media and content for brands or agencies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills — grammar, tone, and storytelling matter most.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and keyword-driven writing.
- Understanding of brand voice development and reputation management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
