Social Media and Content Producer

Position Purpose

The Social Media and Content Producer captures, organizes, creates, and distributes high level executive-driven content generated through meetings, conversations, coaching, events, interviews, and day-to-day leadership activities. This position builds a scalable content engine by turning ideas, conversations, and moments into social media content, video, podcasts, written material, and long-term intellectual property assets.

The Social Media and Content Producer captures content in real time, helping to manage distribution, organize content libraries, and ensure valuable ideas are consistently transformed into meaningful content across platforms.

This position is fast-moving, highly adaptable, highly organized, creative, low ego, and comfortable operating in high-level executive leadership environments.

The Impact You'll Make

Content Capture & Documentation

  • Capture video, audio, notes, and transcriptions from meetings, events, coaching sessions, interviews, podcasts, and live conversations
  • Identify important ideas, stories, insights, and teaching moments in real time
  • Help document and organize leadership ideas, frameworks, and conversations into usable content assets
  • Travel to events and leadership meetings as needed for content capture
  • Build and maintain a searchable content library for future use

Content Creation & Repurposing

  • Turn long-form conversations into short-form social media content
  • Create and edit videos, clips, graphics, captions, transcripts, and written summaries
  • Support the production and distribution of podcasts, YouTube videos, Facebook groups, and social content
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats including:
    • social posts
    • video clips
    • podcast content
    • writing material
    • newsletters
    • long-form content
  • Balance speed and quality while maintaining brand consistency
  • Facilitate content formatting and platform-specific needs
  • Provide expertise for light video editing (Reels, TikTok) and creative adjustments to maintain consistent content output across all channels

Channel Management

  • Oversee multi-platform scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day management of social media content
  • Coordinate cross-channel posting needs to ensure a cohesive brand voice
  • Apply specialized knowledge to ensure all content is deployed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards
  • Manage visibility across social channels, including specialized content publishing

Social Media & Audience Growth

  • Help manage and grow social media platforms and communities
  • Engage with social communities and monitor audience sentiment to evaluate and provide insights for content optimization
  • Understand platform-specific content strategy and adapt content accordingly
  • Help identify what content drives engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Track performance metrics including engagement and audience growth
  • Analyze and interpret social media performance data to provide insights and present recommendations
  • Use data and analytics to measure success and make recommendations that inform data-driven decisions for content optimization
  • Evaluate industry trends and performance data to recommend optimization strategies
  • Provide expertise to refine strategies contributing to content execution and optimization
  • Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience behavior
  • Help build consistent publishing and distribution systems

Content Operations

  • Organize workflows for editing, publishing, approvals, and distribution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers/vendors when needed
  • Help determine what work should be done internally versus outsourced
  • Ensure content is consistently captured, processed, and distributed without bottlenecks

The Experience You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in social media, digital storytelling, podcast production, or content creation
  • Comfortable working closely with executives and leadership teams
  • Experience creating and editing digital content for social media, podcasts, YouTube, or online brands
  • Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Descript, Opus, Riverside, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
  • Strong video editing and content production skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior
  • Ability to identify strong hooks, moments, and stories from long-form content
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of content
  • Willingness to travel and work in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication skills and good editorial judgment
  • Proven ability to think creatively and develop outside-the-box solutions in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Well versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends

Preferred Requirements

  • Real estate knowledge and/or experience
