Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media and Content Specialist fluent in Arabic and English, with a natural flair for copywriting, trend-hunting, and creative storytelling. You’ll lead content ideation, execution, and community engagement while also leveraging paid ads to amplify our digital presence across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Develop original, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Write compelling bilingual copy (Arabic & English) that reflects the brand tone and voice.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to brainstorm creative campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media and advertising trends, adapting them strategically for our audience.
• Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
• Track performance, analyze engagement and ad metrics, and continuously optimize content and campaigns for better ROI.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in content creation and social media management.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, ad formats, and performance metrics.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
