Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator

Florida Point Home Health Care is currently seeking a creative, motivated, and Arabic-speaking female Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for digital storytelling and community engagement, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram etc.)

Create engaging content (graphics, videos, stories, reels) in both Arabic and English

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community

Manage digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and track analytics

Collaborate with the care team to highlight success stories, client testimonials, and health tips

Support email marketing, SEO, and website content updates

Track trends and competitor activity to help improve our digital presence

Qualifications

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Female candidate required (for cultural and client-specific engagement purposes)

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools

Familiarity with digital ad platforms and analytics tools

Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or community engagement is a plus
