The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s brand, services, and programs. The role involves managing the company’s online presence across all social media platforms, driving engagement, and ensuring effective lead generation to support student recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and digital advertising platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing and counseling teams.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
3. Content Creation & Design Coordination
- Supervise the development of digital content, including posts, videos, stories, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designer and videographer to ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure timely publishing of engaging and creative content that aligns with campaigns and promotions.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, lead conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign success.
5. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for targeted outreach.
- Optimize ad performance to generate quality leads and reduce acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the student counseling team to align digital leads with recruitment targets.
6. Brand Development & Online Reputation Management
- Maintain a positive digital image of the organization across all online channels.
- Manage online reviews, comments, and feedback to enhance brand credibility.
- Ensure brand consistency in visual and verbal communication.
7. Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with branch counselors and marketing representatives for local promotions.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
- Report directly to the CEO and execute directives efficiently and promptly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in the education consultancy or international student recruitment sector will be a plus.
