Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager

Infinite Care Consulting Services is hiring a creative and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our corporate team in Lakewood, NJ.

We are looking for someone who knows how to build community, create meaningful content, and drive engagement that connects families with quality care across our network.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Create engaging content calendars and campaign concepts

• Launch and grow our YouTube presence

• Write compelling captions and social media content

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize engagement

• Support and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of social media or digital marketing experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience with Ad Campaigns

• Strong copywriting skills; basic design skills a plus

• Healthcare or nursing home experience is strongly preferred
