Social Media and Graphic Design Executive

The Social Media and Graphic Design Executive will be responsible for curating, designing, and managing all visual content across our social media platforms. You will play a key role in creating engaging campaigns, visually appealing graphics, and maintaining a strong brand presence online. You should have expertise in graphic design software, strong knowledge of social media platforms, and an eye for detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with strategy to drive engagement and grow our brand.


Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy and Content Creation
  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging, original content (images, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Graphic Design
  • Design high-quality, visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, advertisements, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Edit and enhance photos, videos, and digital assets for use across various channels.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.
  • Community Engagement and Growth :
  • Manage and engage with followers and online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations for improving reach and interaction.
  • Assist with influencer marketing initiatives and collaborations when needed.
  • Campaign Management :
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, promotions, and more.
  • Monitor and track the performance of campaigns using analytics tools to optimize future efforts.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both areas.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
