Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and meets brand standards.
• Engage in relationship management with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing or related fields is essential.
• Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and branding strategies.
• Experience in content creation, graphic design, photography, and web analytics is a plus.
