Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: 80k - 120k

Job Description:

• Assist in creating, scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc), and managing community engagement (DMs, comments)
• Track analytics and prepare reports, research trends and maintain monthly calendars.
• Plan and execute shoots organize content libraries, write captions and copy, coordinate with designers and vendors for campaign assets.
• Assist with campaigns, promotions, and product launches prepare newsletters and promotional materials; maintain brand consistency.
• Conduct competitor research, gather market insights, stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
• Monitor and respond to social media queries, collect reviews, testimonials, and UGC content.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Ability to understand content trends, social media analytics and algorithms.
• Trend awareness and creativity in guiding aesthetic appeal of materials (graphics, layouts etc).
• Eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
