Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing trends, along with proficiency in various tools and software.

Duties

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and designing graphics.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding across all communications.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, graphic design, photography, video editing, and social media management.
  • Oversee the company website by updating information and adding details about special events as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook Advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and techniques for effective storytelling.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Experience with relationship management to foster connections within the industry.
  • Ability to analyze data using web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and digital marketing best practices is essential.
