Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

We are a growing dental office looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building community connections, and helping a local practice expand its online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase community engagement and patient reach
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance to recommend improvements
• Assist with occasional in-office marketing projects and events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management and marketing (healthcare or dental preferred, but not required)
• Strong writing and design skills; ability to create eye-catching content
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tools
• Portfolio of previous work strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Position Details:

• Part-time role with flexible hours (to be discussed during the interview)
• In-office presence is required for capturing photos/videos
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
