Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to create compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, developing content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth as well as company marketing related responsibilities.

Duties

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and graphic design.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and e-commerce promotions.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in social media marketing, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (graphics, video, reels, posts, blogs)
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to capture qualified leads
  • Manage text and email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automations, and client communications
  • Plan and support event coordination (mixers, networking events, community activations, etc.)
  • Conduct local B2B outreach with realtors, investors, and property owners to build partnerships and convert funnel leads.
  • Track performance analytics, monitor ROI, and adjust campaigns to maximize results
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business growth goals

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin & English (strong plus)
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Canva, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Familiarity with relationship management practices and public relations strategies.
  • Experience in content creation that engages audiences effectively across various platforms.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and e-commerce strategies is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to drive informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
